Service status
Eccount Money provides account-management software. Deployment of this code does not itself establish a licensed bank, deposit account, payment network connection, card-issuing program, lending program, or deposit insurance. The organization operating the service is responsible for all required authorization, regulated partners, compliance controls, and customer disclosures.
Terms of use
Use of an account is subject to the operator’s eligibility, identity-verification, acceptable-use, transaction, and security requirements. External payment requests remain pending until an approved provider confirms processing. Do not use an external transfer request as proof that funds reached another institution.
Account security
Keep your password private, sign out on shared devices, verify recipients before sending, and contact support immediately if you notice unauthorized activity.
Privacy
The application stores registration details, password hashes, checking and savings identifiers, balances, masked card records, beneficiaries, requests, and audit events in the configured MySQL or MariaDB database. Session cookies are HTTP-only and used to maintain authenticated access.
The site operator must publish its own retention, sharing, lawful-basis, data-rights, breach-response, and regional privacy disclosures before accepting customer data.
Fees and rates
Any account, card, foreign-exchange, reward, interest, or lending values shown on public product pages must be reviewed and replaced with the operator’s approved disclosures before launch. Only final terms presented during an authorized application are binding.

The experience supports keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, readable contrast, reduced-motion preferences, responsive layouts, labeled controls, and mobile touch targets.
